Our Barre class is a low-impact, full-body workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Using small, controlled movements and high repetitions, this class focuses on building strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility — especially in the legs, glutes, and core.
Don’t let the subtle movements fool you. Barre is challenging, effective, and designed to leave you feeling strong, balanced, and energized without putting stress on your joints. No dance experience is required — just show up ready to move and challenge yourself in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Developing Dancer sessions
These fun and engaging programs will introduce beginners to the world of ballet, jazz, and hip hop. Through upbeat lessons, your child will learn the basics of each dance style while developing confidence, coordination, and creativity. Our experienced instructors will guide each dancer through a series of fun, age-appropriate routines and exercises that will help them grow as artists. Whether they’re looking to explore ballet’s elegance, jazz’s energy, or hip hop’s rhythm, this workshop is the perfect place to start their dance journey.

This focused program is designed for Developing 3-4 dancers who are eager to refine their technique and take their passion for dance to the next level.
The workshop will concentrate on Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, and Hip Hop. Led by experienced instructors, each class will provide targeted training to improve strength, flexibility, and precision while fostering creativity and self-expression. Students will work on technique, build performance skills, and learn routines that showcase their growth in each style.
By the end of the session, your child will have gained confidence, developed their technical abilities, and learned new choreography in these foundational dance styles. This immersive experience is the perfect way for young dancers to set the stage for their continued growth in the world of dance!

Devoted Dancer Prep: Ballet Foundations is the perfect bridge for dancers moving up from Developing 4 into our Devoted level. Since that transition can be a big jump, this summer session is designed to help dancers feel confident, capable, and ready for what’s next.
In class, dancers will experience what it’s like to be a Devoted Dancer—with a stronger focus on ballet technique, alignment, strength and flexibility, musicality, and classroom expectations. They’ll build the foundations needed for more advanced training while refining the details that make a difference, so they can step into Devoted with momentum (not overwhelm).

Keep your dancer growing all summer with focused training that builds confidence, control, and artistry.

Strength + Flexibility: A conditioning-based class designed to improve core strength, stability, mobility, and safe flexibility so dancers can jump higher, turn cleaner, and move with more power and control.

Technique + Choreography: A skill-building class that refines foundational technique (turns, leaps, alignment, control) and applies it in choreography to develop performance quality, musicality, and stage presence.

Dynamic Dancers
Many Dynamic Dancers spend their summers traveling, attending outside intensives, and experiencing new teachers and styles. We fully support that.
Because of this, we will not be offering a Dynamic Dancer summer session. Dancers who would like to stay active and prepare for the upcoming season are welcome to join the Adult Barre class, or check out some recommended resources and training sources below.
