This 6-week, self-guided gym-based program is designed exclusively for dancers to build next-level STRENGTH, AGILITY, and ENDURANCE through a powerful mix of plyometrics, progressive overload lifts, and deep core training. Whether you're a seasoned lifter or picking up a dumbbell for the very first time, this program will challenge you, empower you, and take your dancing to a whole new level
This program was carefully curated by our one and only, Kelsey Dwyer.Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, is Certified in American Barre Technique, and trained in Pilates for Neurological Conditions. With her deep understanding of the body and movement, Kelsey brings a thoughtful, science-backed approach to cross-training for dancers. This is more than just supplemental work—it’s a strategic, results-driven method to help dancers move better, perform longer, and reduce injury risk through intentional strength training.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Once you purchase the program, you’ll receive a downloadable PDF with the full course. It’s structured for three gym-based workouts per week, with an optional fourth day focused on accessory work to support and enhance your training. The format is completely self-guided—just take the PDF to the gym and follow it at your own pace.
